Watermelon Salad with Cucumber and Feta


  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp Mint
  • 2 Persian cucumbers (approximately 1 cup)
  • 1 Watermelon (approximately 4 cups), mini
    Baking & Spices
  • 1 Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
    Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 3 oz Feta cheese


Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Slice the Persian cucumbers into rounds or half-moons and add them to the bowl with the watermelon.
Crumble the feta cheese over the watermelon and cucumber.
Finely chop the basil and mint leaves and sprinkle them over the salad.
Squeeze the juice of the lime over the salad.
Drizzle olive oil over the salad, and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Gently toss all the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the salad to a serving dish or individual plates.
Garnish with additional fresh herbs if desired.
