Cheesy Beef Stuffed Potato Cakes are a delicious combination of creamy mashed potatoes, flavorful seasoned beef, and melted cheese, all perfectly fried until golden and crispy on the outside. Ideal for a hearty appetizer or satisfying snack!
Ingredients :
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with salt. Eliminate the excess moisture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and form potato patties, frying until tender. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the ground beef until tender. Add the onions, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Bake until the onions are translucent.
