How to Make Salad for Dinner

Eat this cucumber salad for dinner every day and you will lose belly fat!


Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage (green or Napa)
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional)

Dressing:
2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:


In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, cucumber slices, bell pepper, and green onions.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.
Let the slaw sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve fresh as a side dish or a topping for grilled meats!
