  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Two chocolates of your choice, crushed, or more lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter and press the mixture into a tart tin, creating an even base. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest, whisking until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream to create a light and airy filling.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture into the chilled tart base, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
  5. Generously sprinkle crushed chocolate or lemon zest over the tart.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Tips:

  • Use nutty chocolate for extra flavor.
