One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & cheese Ravioli
Ingredients:
For the Steak & Ravioli:

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup beef broth
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
For Garnish:

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese for topping
Directions:
Cook the Steak:

In a bowl, season sliced steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Ravioli & Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add red pepper flakes (if using) and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add ravioli to the skillet and cook according to package instructions, stirring to coat in the sauce.

Combine & Serve:

  1. Return cooked steak to the skillet and toss with the ravioli. Let cook for 1 more minute until everything is heated through.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
