Just eggs, Greek yogurt


INGREDIENTS:

4 egg yolks

4 egg whites

3 tablespoons of sugar

400g 10% Greek yogurt

4 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

40g chocolate chips

METHOD:

In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, baking powder and cornstarch, then add the yogurt.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites, incorporate them into the egg yolk mixture and add the chocolate chips.

Cook at 170°C for 1 hour.
