How to Prepare the Delicious Pineapple Cheeseball Recipe

Ingredients for Pineapple Cheeseball

2 packages of cream cheese (at room temperature).

1 can of crushed pineapple (thoroughly drained).

1/2 cup diced green onions.

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper.

1 teaspoon seasoned salt.

1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning.

2 cups finely chopped pecans.

Assorted crackers for serving.


How to Make the Pineapple Cheeseball

  1. Mix the ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, drained pineapple, green onions, bell pepper, seasoned salt, and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix until well blended.

Add half of the chopped pecans to the mixture and incorporate evenly.

  1. Shape the cheeseball:

Place the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap. Wrap it securely and form it into a ball shape.
