Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

– Cooking spray


1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a rack on a baking sheet and lightly grease it with cooking spray.

2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This is crucial for achieving maximum crispiness.
