Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents


1 lb breakfast sausage
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked sausage and softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended.
Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the sausage and cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle.
Sprinkle a little shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sausage mixture.
Roll up the crescents, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
Place the crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika over the tops of the crescents.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown.
