8 taco shells or mini tortillas

Instructions
- Prepare the Seasoning:
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and brown sugar.
- Season the Shrimp:
In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the shrimp and toss until evenly coated.
- Cook in the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for a few minutes.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Assemble the Tacos:
Warm the taco shells or tortillas as per package instructions or preference.
Fill each with shredded cabbage and carrots (or coleslaw mix).
Top with the cooked shrimp and your choice of toppings.
