Method 1:
Rice pudding, hot from the oven!
Recipe:
Ingredients
Cook 1 cup rice according to package.
Add 1 tbsp butter to the water
Mix 3 beaten eggs,
2 cups milk,
1 cup sugar,
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla.
Add cooked rice.
Add raisins if desired
Instructions
Pour in a buttered oven safe dish
Add 5 pats of butter on top
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
Let set for one hour after cooking to set up consistency
Enjoy.
