Just did lamb cutlets in my air fryer. Unbelievably easy and tasty!
Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, and a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
200°C for 10 minutes.
Rather than cooking the lamb as a rack, I like to separate them into chops.
They cook faster and more evenly.
Marinating consists of Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning, which is mostly a combination of peppers, and a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Then put in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
I usually put a piece of parchment paper in the bottom of the air fryer and set the lamb cutlets inside side by side.
Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes.
8 min for more pink.
