Rustic No Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups warm water
1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ tsp salt
Extra flour, for dusting
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, rosemary, garlic, and salt.
Add warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
Transfer dough onto a floured surface, shape it into a ball, and carefully place it in the hot Dutch oven.
Cover with a lid and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and crusty.
Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes:
Add more herbs for an extra flavorful loaf.
